8. Exploring the Nine Human Design Centers, Part 2
Episode Details
It’s time to cover the last 4 centers in our journey through the Human Design BodyGraph. Remember, the centers in Human Design are energetic points full of their own unique energy and themes.
Having a center defined or undefined changes your energy and how you interact with others in a dramatic way, so it’s a good idea to know which centers you have defined and undefined. (Also, be sure not to judge yourself / your energy / your design while you go through this. Nothing is good or bad in Human Design. It simply is.)
Also, if you didn’t listen to part 1, go back and do so (it’s episode 7 – the one right before this one).
In our current episode, we have some heavy hitters – like the sacral center and the emotional solar plexus. The centers in this episode are either an awareness center or a motor. So there’s a lot of energy and info to unpack.
